Implement new clients into Navia software platforms
Partner with clients/brokers to ensure COBRA plans are executed accurately and timely
Display ownership of assigned client relationships
Provide a high level of service with all interactions both internally and externally
Provide plan information to Navia sales staff and our broker network
Create custom reports for employers, which Includes gathering and aggregating data
Conduct research to answer employer inquiries and needs
Other duties as assigned
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
1-2 years of COBRA administrative experience
Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
Comfortable with public speaking.
Ability to travel to/from client meetings.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe.
Ability to work additional hours as needed
