Why You'll Love This Job

This position will work in a team environment supporting clients and representing Navia in a professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner via e-mail, phone conversations, and in- person.  This person must possess a willingness to educate and instruct when working with clients as well as collaborate with COBRA team to assist in day to day administrative tasks for large clients.


  • Implement new clients into Navia software platforms

  • Partner with clients/brokers to ensure COBRA plans are executed accurately and timely

  • Display ownership of assigned client relationships

  • Provide a high level of service with all interactions both internally and externally

  • Provide plan information to Navia sales staff and our broker network

  • Create custom reports for employers, which Includes gathering and aggregating data

  • Conduct research to answer employer inquiries and needs

  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • 1-2 years of COBRA administrative experience

  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.

  • Comfortable with public speaking.

  • Ability to travel to/from client meetings.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe.

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
