Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Resolve customer questions/concerns via phone (80 percent of the workday)
- Research problems and process necessary documents to ensure a successful resolution
- Provide customers with timely and accurate accounts/reimbursement requests information
- Partner with other employees to share information and support each other
- Assist with processing claims as needed; other duties as assigned
Customer Service Representative Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting (preferred)
- Ability to type 40 WPM while speaking on the phone
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated/able to work independently
